There was a big rain storm that came though, and I heard a noise in the basement, so I went down the steps to check it out. I only made it down the first few before I could see there was water everywhere. All I could think about was how much it was going to cost. But, Paul E. Smith came right out and replaced our sump pump, and they were really nice. Jack, our plumber showed us what happened and told us how to check it ourselves so that it didn’t happen again. Our hot water heater wasn’t making the shower water warm enough. We checked the thermostat, but nothing changed. Paul E. Smith’s guy Andy came out, and it was just a simple replacement part and now the showers are perfect temperature. We thought for sure we were going to have to replace the whole things, but Andy said that wasn’t necessary.

I called for a plumber. Our kitchen sink was backed up. Your plumber came out and repaired quickly. He told me it wasn’t a good idea to put potato skins down the drain. I never knew that. He was very polite.
